Situated in the very heart of the Land of Israel, surrounded by a pristine landscape, you will find the Nachalat Binyamin visitor center. The center is located facing spectacular view on the main road between Jerusalem and Shilo, on a mountainside overlooking the biblical country of Edom and the Prat creek, in a location where a greeting from the past is sent from every hill. You are invited to an exciting experience of taste and color, sight and sound, the smell of the wine and the feel of the wood.

"Psagot" Boutique Winery

On the ground floor of the Nahalat Binyamin visitor center is the "Psagot" Boutique Winery. In the enormous and impressive barrels' hall, every year, 100,000 high quality bottles of wine, all made from wine grapes growing in the mountains of Jerusalem and the mountain ridge, are aging. The winery's wine vineyards are rooted on a picturesque limestone terraces, 900 meters above water level in the settlement "Psagot" in Binyamin.
In an ancient cave which functioned as a winery in the second temple period and was discovered in the heart of the wine vineyards, the highest quality wines of the Psagot Winery are currently aging.
